金融獵頭公司崗位職責：
?
Reporting to group headquarter CFO & local general manager directly, in charge of local Russia plant overall financial related functions
?
? Oversee and ensure the efficient and effective operations of plant finance team
?
? Exposure to all finance functions in the company such as GL, reporting and FP&A
?
? Handle various management reporting including Channel and Product Category performance analysis
?
? Monthly review and closing including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow analysis, and tax filling
?
? Working with multiple stakeholders across diverse geographical region to support business decisions by providing robust business cases to develop program profitability assessments
?
? Provide full financial and analytical support to cross functional teams as well as preparing detailed reports on each projects financial status, risk/opportunities and variances.

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
?
? More than 6 years working experience that with minimal of 2 years leadership exposure
?
? Excellent accounting and math skills
?
? Familiar with manufactory financial related work and Accounting Law in Russia.
?
Have work-experience of Russia is preferred.
?
? Fluency in Russian, Mandarin and English.
?
? Great communication skills with down-to-earth personality
